Previously part of the Legal & General insurance business, our Birmingham office is now home to a huge range of our teams – from Customer Service to Marketing. Split across three floors, it’s a truly collaborative, buzzing environment where over 850 of our people are united by their commitment to going above and beyond for our customers. Fast-paced and focused on innovating for our customers, it really is an exciting, energetic place to be.
We’re all about keeping things agile and making sure our people have a great work-life balance. That’s why they have all the tech they need to work from home, or on the move. Our buzzing Head Office is in Frizzell House in Westbourne. It’s on the border of Bournemouth and Poole and a stone's throw from the iconic Bournemouth beach. Covering all bases from Customer Service to Digital, it's our biggest office with a team of over 1,300 people. And right now, more than ever before, it’s thriving. We’re transforming the way we work, constantly testing and trying new ways to give our customers the best experience possible. One of our larger offices, you’ll find around 350 talented people working from our Brentwood site across a variety of teams – from Broker and Claims to Marketing and IT. The handy central location means you’re only a short walk away from all the buzz of Brentwood High Street.
You’ll find LV= Brentwood perfectly placed next to the train station – the ideal location for quick and easy commutes. The large, bright open plan office makes it a great spot to accommodate teams across Claims, Broker, Fraud, Marketing, IT and HR. Here, we’re all about collaboration, supporting each other to deliver the best customer service possible - and never settling for anything less. The team spirit doesn’t stop with the ‘day-to-day’ either. The social and charity committee here organise year-round events (like the famous annual game of rounders) that encourage everyone to get involved.
While there are plenty of facilities to enjoy in the office, including free hot drinks and a number of break-out areas, you’ll often find teams enjoying lunches out and about –the shops, cafes, gyms and restaurants of Brentwood High Street are just a stroll away. Although parking is limited, bus services are good and the central location makes it easy to walk or cycle in.

A perfect mix of vibrant city and countryside charm, it’s no surprise that Bristol is regularly touted as one of the best UK cities to call home. There’s a lot to love in our Bristol office too, which is bright and full of energy, just like the city itself.
Based in Aztec West, there’s real excitement here, and there’s also a community feel to the office, as people always take the time to help each other out - and support each other to be their very best. A large, open plan office, here you’ll find Sales & Service upstairs, working across our Home, Travel and Pet insurance products. Downstairs, you’ll find Motor Claims covering everything from engineering to supplier and project management. With the atrium in the middle of the building, there’s plenty of natural light, and there are lots of break out areas and meeting rooms for team catch ups.
You’ll also find a subsidised canteen with an ever-changing menu. If you’re venturing a little further, there are lots of cafes, coffee shops and even a hairdresser and beauty salon nearby. Aztec West is served by a number of buses in the local area and while the parking on-site is limited, there are spaces just a short walk away. We run our own LV= GI park and ride from certain spots to make sure everyone can access the office easily. And if you’re looking to do a spot of shopping after work, the vibrant Cribbs Causeway is close by.

Our modern glass-panelled Croydon office is hard to miss. One of our larger offices, you’ll find around 550 people working across a number of departments here in the 69 Park Lane Building. It’s a great place to build your career.
Open plan and vibrant, the office floors at LV= Croydon are made up of a mixture of business areas and levels. This collaborative structure fuels the team spirit, and the energy here is contagious as teams work together to surpass the expectations of our customers and disrupt the insurance industry as we know it. Each floor has its own well-being champion, and an ambassador for non-business activities and events, so whether you’re into charity walks or cake sales, there’s plenty to get involved in. As well as lots of meeting rooms dotted around, you’ll find breakout areas for more informal catch ups.
If you don’t fancy lunching in the onsite canteen or kitchen, you’re only a short walk away from the restaurants, cafes and shopping of the town centre. We’re also very close to Lloyd Park which is lovely in the summer and often plays host to fun lunchtime activities. Getting into work is nice and easy too, as the office is less than ten minutes from the train station and well-connected by tram and bus. The bright lights of central London are just a fifteen minute ride away – handy for get-togethers and team activities. And if you want to hit the gym, don’t worry - we’ve got some handy discounts in place with local fitness centres.

LV= GI in Huddersfield
On the doorstep of the city centre, our LV= GI Huddersfield office is based in an old cotton mill, which has been fully restored and converted into offices. There’s a great team spirit here and it’s a unique and interesting place to work.
There are three core departments based here in Huddersfield: Britannia Rescue (including Sales, Service and Claims), Motor (including Sales, Service and Retention) and Motor FNOL (First Notification of Loss). Developing new ways to improve our customer experience is front and centre here, as our teams work together to try, test and develop new ways to shake up our industry. In the open plan space, everyone sits together and has time for one another, with plenty of approachable team leaders around to help or answer questions.
Easy to reach by car, public transport and bike, getting here is easy - and so is finding somewhere to park. You’ll find spacious breakout areas with computers, a café and kitchenettes on each floor. And, if the weather’s sunny, the nearby canal is a great place to watch the world go by during breaks.

Walking into our open plan, spacious Leeds office, you’ll notice a vibrant atmosphere with lots of energy. Across Personal Injury, Credit Hire and Liability, people here work hard and have fun as they constantly strive to make a difference to the lives of our customers. There are often social days out and initiatives to celebrate success and make sure everyone feels valued and rewarded for their contribution. From getting together for team building sessions in one of our meeting rooms to taking a lunchtime stroll, there’s a great team spirit here.
The office is just an 8 minute walk from the city centre and the train station is close by, making it easy to reach. There’s plenty to do at lunchtime too, with places to eat or grab a coffee in a short strolling distance. If the weather isn’t great, we have great kitchen facilities in the office. We’ve also recently started hosting ‘Happy Mondays’ – fun activities to get the week off to a bright start.

Home to a number of our project teams, from Data Science to Digital, our London office is based in Southbank’s WeWork centre. Nestled between Blackfriars and the Southbank Centre, it’s a truly exciting place to be. And because we’re surrounded by other businesses with a similar mindset, the space is vibrant, energetic and an exciting place to be.
A co-working space for start-ups and established companies alike, the vibe here is electric. The brand new building features hot-desks and an open plan layout, so collaboration is easy.
Less than a five-minute walk from London Waterloo station and Southwark tube station, city commuting doesn’t get much more convenient than this.
